Having worked as an Executive Director for 12 years, Peter is familiar with sitting at the helm and has since embarked on his own business venture alongside HR professional Mary Ball. Launched in 2017, PrivilegeHR is specialises in providing a comprehensive HR service for businesses in the Merseyside area and beyond offering recruitment, training and HR advice.
Adopting a commercial and innovative approach to business throughout his working career, Peter’s values have translated into proven success. With a focus on creating a work environment with person centred values, PrivilegeHR delivers on this same ethos.
During his career, Peter has achieved improved employee feedback through change management and development of career paths, overhaul of leadership structure and roles and the implementation of an innovative performance management tool for both employees and senior managers.
