Our 2025 Highlights
Peter
One of Peter’s key highlights of 2025 was representing PrivilegeHR in high-profile national media, sharing expert insight on the evolving UK employment landscape. Peter was interviewed by the BBC, where he discussed the challenges and opportunities within the UK jobs market, offering practical commentary on workforce trends, recruitment pressures, and the changing needs of employers.
In addition, Peter also featured in an interview with The Economist, contributing expert analysis on broader labour market conditions and the strategic role of HR in supporting business resilience and growth. These opportunities reinforced PrivilegeHR’s position as a trusted voice in the HR and employment space and showcased the depth of expertise within the business on a national and international stage.
Lesley
One of Lesley’s most notable moments was meeting HRH The Princess Royal, an incredible honour that reflected her professionalism and the growing profile of PrivilegeHR within the wider business and community landscape. Representing the business on such a prestigious occasion was a proud moment and a testament to her dedication and impact.
Alongside this, Lesley was promoted to HR Consulting Director, recognising her exceptional contribution, leadership, and expertise within the organisation. This well-deserved promotion highlights her commitment to delivering high-quality HR support to clients and her continued role in strengthening and developing PrivilegeHR’s consultancy offering.
Sam
2025 was a standout year for Sam, marked by a fantastic personal and professional achievement. Sam graduated from Liverpool Hope University, earning a First-Class degree — a reflection of his hard work, commitment, and academic excellence. This achievement not only highlights Sam’s dedication and drive but also strengthens the expertise and future talent within PrivilegeHR, as we continue to invest in and support the development of our people.
PrivilegeHR’s Christmas Celebration!
On Thursday 18th December, the team celebrated Christmas and the end of a successful year at Chung Ku Restauranton the Liverpool waterfront. We had a fantastic time, full of laughs, delicious food, and drinks, enjoying a wonderful afternoon together as a team!
Privilege HR Franchisees Wrap Up the Year in Festive Spirits!
Our PrivilegeHR Bristol team attended the final Interactive Business Club Bristol meeting of 2025, and got into the festive spirit with Christmas jumpers, raising £170 for Save the Children UK!
PrivilegeHR’s Sharron Dore also delivered her 10-minute slot, sharing insights into her role, how Privilege HR can support businesses, and some timely HR tips for the season.
It was a fantastic way to wrap up the year, combining networking, giving back, and spreading some festive cheer!
The PrivilegeHR Cardiff team also took part in Christmas Jumper Day and raised £165 for Save The Children. A fantastic effort for a great cause!
